Abstract

Purpose of the Paper: The purpose of this research paper is to explore the potential of artificial intelligence (AI) in promoting sustainable workplaces, specifically in the context of green HR. The motivation behind this study is the growing interest in environmental sustainability and the need for organizations to adopt sustainable practices. The integration of AI in HR practices has the potential to promote sustainability and reduce the carbon footprint of organizations. Problem Identified: The problem addressed in this paper is the limited understanding of the potential of AI in promoting sustainable workplaces, specifically in the HR domain. The paper aims to provide an in-depth analysis of the potential benefits and challenges of incorporating AI in HR practices to promote environmental sustainability. Approach: The approach taken in this study involves a thorough review of relevant literature on AI, green HR, and sustainable workplaces.
