Abstract

The present research addresses two relatively unstudied issues: first, divorce in mid and later life; second, the potential influence of adult children on the divorce process in this age group. First examined is the prevalence and type of involvement of adult children in the marital conflict of their parents; second examined is the influence of the adult child in the divorce outcome for the parents.
