Abstract

Nowadays, the role of modern information technologies is invaluable for professionals in any field, including sports professionals and athletes. Computer technologies are becoming more and more entrenched in the world of football. The aim of the research is to study the main role and features of the use of innovative information technologies in the activities of football coaches, the theoretical and methodological foundations of a strategic approach to the innovation management in the field of physical culture and sports, as well as technology development and testing for the implementation of system innovations. At the current stage of football development, information technologies have been developed that allow the coach to simulate the training process of football players, and the referees to judge the competition more objectively.
