Abstract
This paper was presented during the International Workshop on Democratic Regeneration and the Fight against Corruption, which took place in Barcelona, in October, 22nd and 23rd 2015, organized by The Open University of Catalonia, with the support of La Caixa and the collaboration of the University of Barcelona. It is expected to be published in a collective book with the rest of papers submitted to the Workshop.The work, using US, EU and European's member states' case law and jurisprudence, introduces and answers the following questions: 1. What is the right to good administration? 2. How is the right to good administration regulated by Public Law? 3. How are the legal mechanisms of good administration working and being regulated? 4. What are the possibilities and limits of regulation of good administration by Public Law? 5. How will the regulation about good administration evolve in the future?
