Abstract
Ovarian hyperstimulation syndrome is one of the most dangerous complication of the IVF treatment. To prevent this it has been suggested to use GnRH agonists for endogenous LH surge in cycles where GnRH antagonists were administered. In literature we witnessed few studies with contrary results. In this study we aim to see the mechanism of the lower pregnancy rates seen in these cycles by evaluating both the fresh ET cycles and later the frozen-thaw ET cycles.
