Abstract

In 2009, Law No. 217-ФЗ came into force, allowing budgetary scientific and educational institutions to create commercial societies for the purpose of developing, producing and further commercializing R & D results, which ultimately had a direct impact on increasing the share of innovative products in GDP. How strong and directly proportional this influence turned out to be, and what place did the newly created societies occupy in the innovation system, we considered using the example of the Altai Territory.
