Abstract
The feed components’ uniform mixing is an urgent problem. To solve this problem, it is proposed vibrating mixers using. The tray vibrating mixer’s operation process hasn’t been investigated sufficiently, that makes it difficult the rational parameters for its operation to select. This research purpose is the tray vibration mixer operation’s rational parameters ensuring feed components uniform mixing to determine. A three level secondorder Boxing plan’s mathematical model as the experiment compiling was used. The raw materials’ two types of mixing uniformity dependence on the components feed rate, vibrating mixer’s amplitude and tray vibrations’ frequency was investigated. A regression equation describing this process of vibration’s mixing with varying factors adequately was derived. Data of variable factors’ influencing were obtained, a mathematical model of two components mixing’s process was created, that allows the variation’s coefficients within the accepted ranges variation’s input factors to calculate. It was found that at the tray oscillation frequency increasing, the mixing’s uniformity was increased, however, after reaching the oscillation’s frequency of 22,4 Hz, the material particles’ movement in the opposite direction had been beginning, that this mixer producing had reduced. The vibration tray mixer’s rational operation parameters values are: the components’ feed rate is 92-93 kg/h, the tray’s oscillation frequency - 20,2-20,8 Hz and the oscillation’s amplitude - 0,0022-0,0024 m. At these mixer parameters’ values, components mixing uniformity - is 93,2%. As a result, vibration tray mixer’s operation process rational parameters values were determined, as corresponding to the feed mixing quality’s zootechnical requirements.
