Abstract
Objective To measure the level of responsiveness of care system in Jiangmen city, Guangdong province and to compare the difference of responsiveness among different groups of people.Methods A was conducted with health system responsiveness survey questionnaire designed by WHO, with two-input logic data by EPIDATA proofreading. Results The study showed Jiangmen evaluation of system responsiveness total value of 7.16 points, most in need of improvement was immediate attention, effective communication, and patient environment. Conclusions We should strengthen medical education in staff, foster patient respect and patient-centered philosophy, improve management mechanisms at all levels of medical institutions to improve the responsiveness of care system.
