Abstract
This paper summarized the evaluation scale of geriatric nursing ability of nursing staff in home and nursing institutions abroad. The purpose, research population, preparation method and reliability and validity of the universal scale and the specialized disease nursing ability scale were expounded, in order to explore the research characteristics and shortcomings of the scale, and to provide reference for the training of aged nursing talents and the scale research in our country, so as to improve the ability of nursing personnel and improve the quality of aged nursing service.
