Abstract
Transurethral electrovaporization of prostate(TUVP) is generally carried out in recent years, which is a method for the treatment of benign prostatic hyperplasia, with less bleeding, short operation time, rapid recovery. The results of clinical treatment show it is more safe and effective. But the problem on the occurrence of bladder spasm after the operation has been plagued by the medical staff. In order to offer references for clinical nursing work, the paper reviewed the influencing factors of bladder spasm and nursing progress of this field after the TUVP.
