Abstract

The paper researches the relationship between knowledge interaction and innovation performance in industrial technology alliances. It analyses the differences of industrial technology and innovation, focuses on the model of knowledge interaction impacting on innovation performance within Union's firms, knowledge interaction as key variables, establishes technical innovation performance function model in different circumstances combined with market demand, investments in innovation and cost of production. It provides decision support for technology alliance members determining the best dynamic cooperative relations.
