Abstract
As a complex and necessary process, the efficiency of knowledge transfer is closely related to the success or failure of knowledge innovation in enterprises. It is necessary for enterprises to find out the influencing factors and the methods how to evaluate knowledge transfer efficiency. Therefore this paper points out the evaluation index system firstly. It consists of knowledge characteristics index system, knowledge acquisition capacity index system, knowledge application capacity index system, knowledge innovation capacity index system and knowledge management environment index system. Then this paper presents a fuzzy multiple index evaluation method for measuring the efficiency of knowledge transfer and gives an illustrative example.
