Abstract
With the increasing human activities, the energy and environment problem are increasingly prominent, and transportation industry has raised common concern. In the paper AHP(Analytic Hierarchy Process) is used to contrast different kinds of factors which affect highway low-carbon degree and further to determine the weights. Fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is applied to evaluate the degree of low-carbon road. Highway low-carbon degree evaluation system has been completed based on VB.NET technology. Finally, evaluation model is verified through examples.
