Abstract
ISCM is a hot issue through all ages. This paper uses the methods of literature survey, induction and summarize up experience. Firstly, having a deep analysis of ISCM definition; then explaining the benefits on the international supply chain management; thirdly, introducing the new barriers on its’ management; lastly, bringing up the ways towards effective international supply chain management. The research showed that through effectively operate and control the commercial flow, logistics, information flow, finance flow in ISCM, as the foundation of ISCM, international supply chain management will reduce risk and cost, after that balancing demand and supply in international supply chain, strengthening enterprises’ international ability.
