Abstract

The object of this paper is the evaluation of human resources performance in the construction of the project, it design the indicator system, construct mathematical model of performance evaluation, research human resource performance evaluation on the construction project combining with case.. It deeply analysis the content of human resources performance evaluation in construction projects, analysis the characteristics of human resources performance evaluation in construction projects and expound the important role to the success of construction projects. Finally, It carries out a test case and verifies the operability of the model to a certain extent by taking a company's performance appraisal in construction projects as the object. Thus, it probe the construction project organizations operating mechanism more deeply and achieves a certain degree of innovation on research perspective and theory application in the basic of understanding the discipline of the project organization's human resources performance appraisal more fully.
