Abstract

In order to improve the evaluation accuracy and efficiency of human resource performance evaluation system, a human resource performance evaluation system based on EVA model is proposed. Analyze the content of human resource performance management and the needs of evaluation system, design the system development view. Planning the flow chart of human resource performance evaluation, designing the human resource performance evaluation module from the aspects of employees' work attitude, ability and morality, and displaying the results of human resource performance evaluation according to Dao interface. Combined with EVA model and the growth rate of employees' working ability, the evaluation of human resource performance is completed. The experimental results show that, compared with the traditional human resource performance evaluation results, the evaluation accuracy and efficiency of this system are higher, and the practical application performance is stronger.
