Abstract
Sequence alignment is foundation of bioinformatics, and multiple sequence alignment is still one of challenging research problems in bioinformatics currently. In this paper, an immune adaptive genetic algorithm has been presented to solve multiple sequence alignment. In order to maintains diversity of individual in population and expedites convergence speed of algorithm, this method change crossover probability and mutation probability based on variety of population. Besides adopt superior strategy when selecting immune operator, that it is introduced into adaptive genetic algorithm, which accelerate performance of individual. This method generates better result by testing, which is proved to be feasible.
