Abstract
Video feedback,a teaching method of feedback analysis based on clinical skills operation video.The teaching method is not only applicable to the medical college students in training and teaching of basic clinical skills,but also suitable for residents in the standardized training of clinical skills.Additionally,the video feedback can be used in continuing medical education of new clinical skill training for the veteran doctors.In addition to improvement on the clinical skills training,the video feedback teaching method also can deepen the trainees on the understanding and awareness of the trained clinical skills.We have reviewed the research and application of video feedback in the training of clinical skills in order to improve the medical instructors' knowledge on the teaching method.
