Abstract

In this paper, the loyalty model has been established based on Petri Net (PN) technology. Then, combining with the Petri Net Algorithm of the loyalty model we elaborated the important value of loyalty to the enterprises, and some of the ways to improve loyalty have been put forward. Finally, the applicability and effectiveness of the model is verified by a numerical example.
