Abstract
In order to improve the development efficiency of workflow and reduce the operation cost in IT operation and maintenance system, the Domain Process Suite (DPS) suitable for this system was explored and researched by combining workflow technology and low-code technology, and it also be applied. Comparing the actual results, this application of low-code process technology in IT operation and maintenance system can greatly improve the development efficiency of system flow.
