IT Automatic Operation and Maintenance Service System Based on SaaS Architecture

Abstract

The IT maintenance service system can help users to carry out automated and intelligent operation support and maintenance services. The purpose of this paper is to study the IT automation operation and maintenance service system based on the SaaS architecture. The software application architecture and related technologies of the SaaS model are introduced, and the functions of the IT operation and maintenance system are designed. From the perspective of the company's actual operation and maintenance, it analyzes the architecture of the platform system, the design and implementation of the system operation, the business process of the IT automatic operation and maintenance system in the actual application, and the effective change of service startup, service implementation and monitoring. The system test of IT operation and maintenance management system is discussed, and the system test process of IT operation and maintenance management system is mainly discussed, mainly including the performance test of the system, and the system test conclusion is drawn according to the test process, which verifies the availability and reliability of the system.
