Abstract

In 2023, 20 thousand applicants chose the specialty "Pharmacy". The growing popularity of the direction among applicants is associated with priority programs implemented by the state in relation to the industry, however, the lack of the possibility of internships at real production sites for 100% of graduates makes their entry as new employees into the work of production postponed. The introduction of a VR course into the training program will reduce the time required for training specialists after their employment, improve the quality of graduates and increase their demand in the labor market.
