Abstract

Improving the physical abilities of the game of volleyball may be the decisive factor in winning matches, especially when the skill level of the two teams is equal or close, as recognizing the fact of measurement using modern techniques whose results will be accurate and that help raise the level of players in terms of physical and skill, nor the researcher neglects the importance of other indirect or direct measurements, whose results may be close compared to modern devices. Through the researchers' follow-up of several researches, they noticed that the use of indirect measurements is prevalent at the present time, and most studies and research, especially in physical education, are negatively reflected on performance through the poor accuracy of the results of indirect measurements. Direct may be more objective and more accurate in setting the degree as well as economy in time, effort and cost. The most important objectives were to identify a relationship between the values of the explosive power variables of the two men with the accuracy index of the Cross Court smash hit with volleyball for the members of the research sample. The proportion of the contribution of the values of the explosive power variables of the two legs to the accuracy index of the Cross Court volleyball smash for the members of the research sample. Accordingly, the researcher assumed that there is a statistically significant relationship between the values of the explosive power variables of the two men with the accuracy index of the Cross Court smash hit with volleyball for the members of the research sample. There are significant contribution ratios for the values of the explosive power variables of the two men in the accuracy index of the Cross Court smash hit in volleyball for the members of the research sample. The researchers used the descriptive approach in the manner of associative relations to suit the nature of the research problem, as the study sample consisted of the players of the Peshmerga Club in volleyball for men, the category of applicants participating in the elite Iraqi league and numbering (19) players. The Cross Court Center No. (4), the researchers used the Cross Court smash test to get data from them (the explosive ability test of the two legs using the Smart Jump device, and the Cross Court smash accuracy test). The test was conducted in the closed hall (Martyr Ahmed) in Peshmerga Sports Club in Sulaymaniyah Governorate. Statistical treatments were performed by extracting data by means of the Statistical Era for Social Sciences (SPSS), through the results reached by the researchers. The researched smart jump variables (capacity, highest altitude, and flight time) when performing the Cross Court crushing volleyball hit in the research sample have a high correlation relationship. The accuracy indexes. As for the smart jump indicators, high percentages contributed to the accuracy index when performing the Cross Court smash hit in the research sample. The researchers recommend emphasizing the development of the explosive ability of the legs and arms to reach the player to the highest height to help the player direct the ball with high accuracy while performing the diagonal strike. And to emphasize that physical education colleges and departments have advanced measurement technology such as the Smart Jump device to evaluate the explosive ability of muscles and compare it to local athletes and compare it with the elite level in the year to know the strengths and weaknesses in the performance of our athletes.
