Abstract

The purpose of the article is to identify the nature of the possible relationship between the level of professional burnout, the de-gree of satisfaction of the individual with his work and self-assessment of professional competence. The analysis shows that the level of professional burnout affects the teacher's self- assessment of his professional competence, but at the same time does not affect the satisfaction of the individual with his work.
