Abstract

Objective To investigate the relationship between the frequency of circulatingCD+4 CD+25 regulatory T cells and immunological infertility, and to provide the basis for the diagnosis and treatment of immunological infertility. Methods The frequency of the circulating CD+4 CD+25 regulatory T cells was detected by flow cytometry(FCM)in 60 immunological infertility women and 60 normal gestation women(control group), and the results were analyzed. Results The frequency of theCD+4 CD+25 regulatory T cells in peripheral blood of the immunological infertility group[(3.66±0.59)%]was lower than the control group[(8.17±0.63)%], the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(t= 3.82,P< 0.01). Conclusion The frequency of theCD+4 CD+25 regulatory T cells in immunological infertility women was significantly decreased, which suggested that the reduce of the gestationCD+4 CD+25 regulatory T cells may play an important role in female immunological infertility.
