Abstract

This research explores the relationship between personality traits and burnout among medical staff in public and private institutions. The study uses a complex methodology, including hypothesis testing, participant selection, and various research instruments, to examine correlations between specific personality traits and levels of burnout. Data analysis reveals significant links, highlighting the influence of the work environment on burnout. The results provide essential insightsinto the complexity of burnout, its impact on the effectiveness and well-being of health professionals.
