Abstract

본 연구는 코로나19로 인한 비대면서비스가 확대되고 있는 상황에서 졸업을 앞두고 있는 대면서비스직 전공 대학생의 취업에 대한 불안과 우울 간에는 어떠한 영향관계가 있는지 살펴보고, 이들 관계에서 긍정심리자본의 효과를 검증하고자 수행되었다. 연구를 위해 서울과 충청지역의 2년제 및 4년제 대학의 2학년과 4학년을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였고 수집된 222부의 자료는 SPSS 23.0 프로그램으로 분석하였다. 연구결과, 대면서비스직 전공 대학생의 취업불안과 긍정심리자본은 우울에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 대면서비스직 전공 대학생의 긍정심리자본(자기효능감, 희망, 낙관성, 회복탄력성)은 취업불안과 우울의 관계를 조절하는 효과가 있음이 확인되었다. 따라서 대면서비스직 전공 대학생의 우울을 감소시키기 위해 긍정심리자본에 대한 관심이 필요하다.This study confirms the relationship between job-seeking anxiety and depression of face-to-face service major students in a situation where non-face-to-face services are expanding due to COVID-19. Furthermore, this study tried to confirm the effect of positive psychological capital in the relationship. For the study, a survey was conducted on senior year students of 2-year and 4-year universities in Seoul and Chungcheong area and data were analyzed using SPSS 23.0 program. The results are following: First, face-to-face service major students’ job-seeking anxiety and positive psychological capital were factors influencing depression. Second, positive psychological capital(self-efficacy, hope, optimism, resilience) has a moderating effect on the relationship between job-seeking anxiety and depression. As a result, it is necessary to recognize the importance of positive psychological capital.
