Abstract

This study wants to investigate the relationship between job satisfaction, occupational stress and coping mechanism among employees of two organizations and to determine if there are differences between employees from educational organization and technical organization on these issues. This study involved 72 employees from an educational organization and a technical one. The results showed that there are significant differences between employees of the two organizations on level of perceived stress, so the level of anxiety and stress are both bigger for educational employees compare to those from technical organization, and the level of satisfaction from benefits is bigger for employees from technical organization comparing to others.
