Abstract

Through this article we aimed to follow the relationship between the level of satisfaction at work, counterproductive behavior and procrastination closely related to independent variables such as age, background, type of organization in which they are employed (public/private) and kind. 60 subjects between the ages of 20-35 and 36-50 participated in this study, who were tasked with completing 3 questionnaires each. The obtained data were subsequently entered into the SPSS Statistics program, and following the 5 supported hypotheses, it resulted that 4 of them were confirmed.
