Abstract
Gamma delta T cells are involved in innate and adaptive immunity.These cells can recognize the microorganism and the antigens of tumor, and then produce the immune surveillance function, which play an important role in the immune response. At present, many studies have found that gamma delta T cells have a close relationship with other immune cells. Additionally, gamma delta T cells are regarded as important immune cells in the tumor micro-environment establishment and the development process of tumor immunity . γδT cells have become one of research hotspots in adoptive cellular immunotherapy and the treatment of cancer.
