Abstract

There is certain relationship among leaders' social responsibility orientation, social performance and organizational performance of the corporate. According to the past research, the corporate social responsibility includes four dimensions-economic responsibility, legal responsibility, ethical responsibility and philanthropic responsibility. Corporate social performance can be divided into seven factors-employee, consumer, stockholder, compulsory environment protection, voluntary environment protection, community, special groups; organizational performance can also be divided into three factors- market performance, financial performance, human resource performance. The research shows that among the corporate social responsibility orientation, corporate social and organizational performance, the corporate social performance plays as the intermediary role. The questionnaire of the corporate social responsibility orientation designed by Aupperle was localized on the basis of Carroll's research. The corporate social responsibility orientation, corporate social and organizational performances were considered in a research frame.
