Abstract

This paper aims to examine the reconfiguration of the 21st century world order, which has at its heart the phenomenon of (de) globalization of the economy, sponsored by the trade war between the United States and China. In order to do so, it will first be necessary to analyze the evolution of the paradigms of the world geopolitical order, from the Eurocentric world to the postmodern era, passing through the Cold War. Then, the phenomenon of the judicialization of geopolitics will be examined, in which the great decisions of the State will be taken to the Judiciary. This is why the present article intends to analyze the necessary epistemological connection involving law and geopolitics, as a driving force for a new hermeneutic of national development.
