Abstract

The article suggests an architecture of the reconfigurable differential difference operational amplifier (DDOA) which enables the possibility to change the main transfer ratios (0.5, 1, 1.5, 2, 3) in inverting and non-inverting inclusions without feedback resistors. This mode is provided by the switching of inputs or control of the steady-state behavior of three input voltage/current converters. The implementation of the prototype model of the DDOA microcircuit is based on the radiation-hardened BiJFET technological process which provides the operational performance of analog devices on its ground at the neutron flux up to Fn=10E14 n/cm2 and the accumulated radiation doze up to D=3 Mrad.
