The QE Staffing and Scheduling Methods

Abstract

The QE Staffing and Scheduling Methods (QE Methods) were originally developed to optimize staffing and scheduling systems in seven day a week health care facilities, but the methods are applicable to all industries currently operating, or planning to operate, seven days a week.The driving force behind the efficacy of the QE Methods is the uniquely designed dynamic job sharing team partnerships that enable people to work less and produce more (more synergy). The QE Methods also create a uniquely new economically advanced work and leisure time culture, more quality and efficiency (QE), more and better products and services, more and better jobs, more economic growth and a better economy. They also solve unemployment problems, aging population problems, education system problems, and they help reduce our energy consumption and protect our environment in the process.
