Abstract

Experimental conditions of the formation of nanostructures from sulphated polysaccharide derivatives were selected. Nanoparticles based on galactomannan sulfates, alginic acid, a sulfated derivative of N-carboxymethylchitosan, and structures that simultaneously included galactomannan and chitosan sulfates were obtained for the first time. The formation conditions depended on the nature of the polysaccharides. The size and ζ-potential of the obtained nanostructures were determined. Their anticoagulant activity was studied in two tests: aIIa and aXa. It was shown that the activity of sulfated galactomannans and alginic acid in nanostructures increases when compared to the activity of these polysaccharides in solution.
