Abstract
The manufacture and production of viscose rayon, acetate, nylon, polyester, acrylic, modacrylic, carbon, polyolefin, chlorofibers, alginate, poly(vinyl alcohol), elastomeric and organic fibers are reviewed. Much attention is given also to modifications of these fibers and their end uses. -- AATA
