Abstract
The work discusses the problem of processing of OFDM system signals transmitted over multipath channel. It is proposed to use the reception in general reception in whole with element-wise decision, while impulse response form at the receiving end (should be known for its implementation. There are methods for estimating the impulse response of a communication channel: the regularization method. At the receiving location, the OFDM signal, like a bandpass signal, is processed based on the extraction of the quadrature components of the observed oscillation. This, respectively, will require the formation of estimates of the quadrature components of the impulse response of the channel. The use of the algorithm reception in whole with element-wise decision allows you to abandon the use of prefixes and postfixes in the structure of the OFDM symbol, which leads to an increase in bandwidth. Modeling the operation of the proposed algorithm for the new structure of the OFDM symbol showed its high noise immunity in a wide range of signal-to-noise ratio variation.
