Abstract

The effectiveness of any organization depends on a number of factors, including a well-designed human resource management system. A properly formulated human resource management strategy is a guarantee of success for a modern organization. In turn, the systemic effectiveness of human resource management depends on its properly formulated and implemented processes, timely and accurate identification of problems in each process, as well as the development of correct, effective, targeted solutions and recommendations for their resolution.
