Abstract
The law of God Almighty to marry is to preserve the human offspring, and made him controls and conditions that must be available to ensure his continuity and permanence, and in return, God Almighty has prescribed the divorce as well and he is the most hateful of His permissible, and he puts this according to conditions that are in the interest of man, especially when harmony and compatibility don’t exist between the spouses. These matters can be clarified during the knowledge of the real reasons for divorce, which was the matter of this research in dealing with divorce cases and their causes through the book of “Akhbar Al-Qudah” by wakie’ (306 AH/918 AD) which is a book full of these issues and their causes; because it is a book devoted to the most important problems that were presented to the judiciary at the time, including the problems of divorce, which is the subject of the research to be presented .
