Abstract:jurai relation is one of the main elements of the legal system. Autonomous jurai relation is a scientific category. Jurai relation always interacts with other legal relations in a legalenvironment. In this way a legal construction of jurai relations is formed. There is a question about the merger process of jurai relations. It is believed that the basis of merger is a content of jurai relations. Subjective rights and legal obligations are paired and equipotent categories. Legal consequences arise only in the exercise of legal rights. Thus «internal inter-subject legal connections» are formed.
