Abstract

The article describes the importance of health saving as an important factor in the life of student youth, who is studying in the conditions of child-centered education. It has been found that restriction of motor activity due to the intensification of the bulk process, the lack of rational nutrition, failure to comply with the day regime by students of all ages, improperly used hours of work and leisure, etc., adversely affect the physical, mental health of children. The importance of health-saving educational technologies that form the basis of progressive pedagogy. The normative documents governing the activities of educational institutions for compliance with the health component are analyzed. The importance of active cooperation between teachers and parents of students is emphasized to create optimal conditions for each child's self-realization.
 It has been made that the lack of a systematic approach to the health of students has a negative impact on their life, which takes place in educational institutions in the family. The creation of a healthy environment should occur not only at the place of study, but also at the place of residence of the child, parents should control the level of physical, mental, emotional state of children: to create conditions of a properly organized regime of the day, which will depend in the further health of the child.
