Abstract
The type material of the nominal species-group taxa of Australian Eumastacidae was examined and lectotypes designated as required. Comprehensive information on the primary types is given, including the results of comparisons with published descriptions and figures, usually also with selected topotypic or near-topotypic specimens in the Australian National Insect Collection, and often with other types. Conclusions on synonymy are summarized in synonymic lists.
