Abstract

Summary Brewer's yeast tRNA Trp was partially cleaved with pancreatic ribonuclease. Fragments up to half molecules cleaved at the anticodon site were obtained. The information provided by the analyses of these fragments and those described in the preceding paper have permitted the derivation of the total sequence of tRNA Trp .
