Abstract
Photocatalytic technology is considered to be one of the most promising technologies for the removal of organic contaminants. Conjugated Microporous Polymers and their composites are considered to be an effective material for degrading antibiotic contamination, due to their high specific surface area, excellent chemical stability and certain photocatalytic activity. Herein, we synthesized a new type of CMP composite material (PAF-Mt) with montmorillonite template to improve the photocatalytic properties. The results showed that the incorporation of montmorillonite template adjusted electronic band structures of final material, significantly enhanced its photocatalytic activity, and showed excellent photocatalytic efficiency for ofloxacin, tetracycline, ciprofloxacin and chloramphenicol. The efficiencies got increased markedly (325% to 766%) compared to the PAFs without template addition.
