Abstract
An isoelectric focusing technique was investigated as a potential tool for isolating hybrid fusion products of potato (Solanum tuberosum L.) after protoplast fusion and for isolating monohaploid protoplasts (2n=x=12) from a population of monohaploid (x) and doubled (2x) protoplasts.
