Abstract

The article analyzes the legal framework of the state policy of Russia in the area of family support. The approaches of a number of EU countries to the interpretation of the concepts of ‘social policy’ and ‘social support’ in comparison with the Russian approach are considered. The key tasks of the state's social policy that need to be implemented to strengthen the system of the rule of law are highlighted.
