Abstract
The floating can do harm to the reservoir facilities and makes the water dirty. Thats a serious problem in many rivers now. Mobile floating cleaning machine is more suits to large reservoir circumstance with high efficiency. The machine uses rake to grid block with dirt and floating in the water. It can clean the floating flexible by moving from one side to one other along two parallels tracks. Compare to computer, PLC is smaller, lighter and cheaper, while the program of PLC is easy to write. Because most Chinese cleaning machines are manual control with low efficiency, this design will save time and solve the low speed in cleaning. The PLC control made manual control and auto control circuit together while one type is easy to change to the other. The PLC program was successfully passed check in lab and explained by part of the trapezoid diagram procedure.
