The Placement is Good, the Education is Good, the Utilization is Good

Abstract

Since 1964, 2,030 educated youths from Tientsin, Peking, and other cities have come to Su hsien in Hopei Province to join the brigades and settle down. Party organizations on every level and the poor and lower-middle peasants of Su hsien have worked hard to achieve good placement, education, and utilization of educated youths who have gone up to the mountains and down to the countryside so that they may put down roots, grow, and continually develop more active usefulness in the vast universe of the villages.
