Abstract
The permeability of blood vessels in the stria vascularis, spiral prominence and spiral ligament has been investigated using the horseradish peroxidase (HRP) tracer technique. The distribution of the marker enzyme was studied 1/2-60 min after intravenous injection. The tissue was fixed in situ by vascular perfusion.
