Abstract

This study determines whether there is a relationship between the career development and employee performance in PT. MNC Sky Vision Bandung. The hypothesis of this study is the relationship career development and employee work performance at PT. MNC Sky Vision Bandung. There are two variables in the study, variable X Career development and variable Y performance. The research method used is descriptive analysis. The sampling technique in studies that use sampling technique, the number of sampling as many as 110 people. Instrument collecting data used questionnaires using a likert scale. Hypothesis testing using a hypothetical test analysis of SPSS version 22.0 for windows. The results of data analysis showed that there is a significant correlation ( thitung >ttabel ) or (5,443 > 4,545) with a significant level of 0.05. This study there is a positive a relationship between the career development and employee performance in PT. MNC Sky Vision Bandung.

ABSTRAK: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui ada tidaknya hubunangan atau pengaruh antara pengembangan karir dan kinerja karyawan pada perusahaan PT. Variabel yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah dua variable, dengan variable X Pengembangan karir dan variabel Y kinerja. MNC Sky Vision Bandung, berdasarkan undang-undang dan peraturan yang berlaku bahwa pengembangan karir yang dilakukan meliputi promosi, mutasi dan rotasi karyawan.
